We work on a referral basis which typically originates from Regional Centers, Physicians, local hospitals and medical facilities. Once we establish a clear channel of communication between the patient’s primary care physician we design a plan of care that addresses their specific needs in order to assist in rehabilitative goals, both physical and emotional.
Serenity Nursing Services coordinates nursing care with ancillary services such as lab testing, DME ordering and more. Since our staff is a dynamic group of experienced and compassionate health care professional, our referral and intake system ensures most patients are seen within 24 hours.
